You WILL receive your FIRST personalised training program and healthy eating guide within 2-3 days of completing the INDUCTION process (EXCLUDES PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS)

STEP 4 YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVITATION email TO MEET YOUR COACH AND COMPLETE THE ADULT PRE-EXERCISE SCREENING SYSTEM (APPS) STAGE 2

STEP 5 YOUR COACH MAY NEED TO OBTAIN MEDICAL GUIDANCE FROM YOUR GENERAL PRACTITIONER OR SPECIALIST BEFORE YOU COMMENCE YOUR PLAN

STEP 6 YOU WILL RECEIVE A WELCOME EMAIL and guidAnce on how to track your first 7 days of food, drinks, steps and any planned exercise.

STEP 7 wE’LL provide you with a link to set your payments AND INFO ABOUT YOUR FIRST MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION (payment is DUE 24 HOURS BEFORE each SESSION)

STEP 8 COMPLETE YOUR FIRST MOBILE personal training session

You WILL receive your FIRST personalised training program and healthy eating guide within 2-3 days of completing the induction process (EXCLUDES PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS)

how do i fill out THE adult pre-exercise screening system (apss) form?

HOW OFTEN ARE CHECK-INS AND WHAT’S INVOLVED? 

Check-ins are once a week

You will have in-app access to your check-in schedule 

You will receive an in-app notification on the day of your weekly check-in

You will not receive feedback or updates to your training program or healthy eating guide without checking in

What kind of support and communication can I expect from my coach?

DLVR PRIORITISES YOUR feedback ON A regular BASIS, conductING weekly check-ins to ensure alignment and address any concerns, adjustments to your training program and healthy eating guide, WHILE providING comprehensive email support to assist YOU with any inquiries you may have.

Can I do a free trial? 

We currently don’t offer trials, but you can take advantage of our money-back guarantee if you're not truly satisfied with our services after the first 14 days.

Who are THE COACH PLANS for?  

COACH plans are for adults who ARE CONSIDERED LOW RISK WHICH IS DETERMINED THROUGH THE INDUCTION PROCESS.

Who ARE THE COACH PLUS plANS for?

coach plUS plANS Are for adults who are lOCATED within 30km RADIUS of cairns CITY and may also include those that are CONSIDERED a LOW TO higher risk, which is determined through the induction process

ADUlts CONSIDERED a higher risk may need to seek medical GUIDANCE, which may ALSO affect the commencement date for coach plans plus clients.

Do you provide meal plans ?

No. We provide Personalised Healthy Eating Guidance Which includes a full breakdown of the types, amount of foods and food groups required to meet your recommended daily intake of energy (calories), regarding your age, gender, life stage and activity level.

Plus tips on how to measure, portion, prep, and eat out while keeping on track with your goals. 

What is the minimum commitment?

12 weeks (PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED WEEKLY)

How can cancel my plan?

Email info@dlvrpt.com 1 week before the commitment end date. We offer a money-back guarantee if you're not truly satisfied with our services after the first 14 days.

Can I put my plan on hold?

After the minimum commitment (12 weeks) you can put your PLAN on hold.
