You must request a refund or return within 14 days of your purchase and provide valid reasons for the refund/return request, such as:

Dissatisfaction with the service

Inability to access the coaching platform

Any service-related issues that were not resolved satisfactorily

Non-Refundable Purchases

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

Personalised coaching programs that have been customised specifically for you.

Membership fees paid for ongoing subscription services.

Digital products, including eBooks and workout plans, after they have been downloaded.

How to Request a Refund/Return: Please follow these steps:

Refund Request” or “Return Request” and [Your Order Number]”.

2. In the body of the email, please provide:

Your name and contact information

A brief description of your reason for the refund/return

Any relevant information related to your purchase

Processing Your Refund/Return:

Once your refund/return request is received, we will:

Review your request and respond within 3-5 business days (excluding public holidays)

If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund/return in the form of original payment 

Changes to Services:

We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any of our Goods or Services at any time. If the Goods or Services you have purchased are discontinued, you may be eligible for a full refund/return for those Goods or Services.
